Warranty
Each piece is carefully handmade, though on rare occasions, a manufacturing fault may occur.
We offer a 12-month Manufacturing Warranty on all solid gold and sterling silver pieces, and a 6-month Manufacturing Warranty on all beaded pieces.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it may be repaired, remade, or refunded as store credit by Amy Martin Jewellery at no cost to you. We’ll also cover the cost of return shipping in this instance.

Kindly include your order number/proof of purchase and clear images showing the concern.
The following are not considered manufacturing faults and are therefore not covered under our warranty:
- Theft or loss
- Dents, abrasions, or scratches from everyday wear
- Chips, nicks, or breakages to gemstones caused by impact or accident
- Pitting or holes in settings from exposure to corrosive chemicals
- Metal discolouration from chemicals, makeup, chlorine, or bathing
- Natural wear over time, including thinning or wearing down of metal that may require restoration
Returns
I want you to truly adore your new jewels, however, if something isn’t quite right, I offer returns on eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Just send me a message within that time and we’ll sort it out together.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Since each piece is handmade with care, made to order, bespoke/custom pieces, and anything marked on sale can’t be returned.
- Returned items need to be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost and a tracked option must be used to be safe.
- AMJ is not responsible for any return items lost in transit or any items damaged in return transit.Â
If your piece arrives damaged or something seems off, please get in touch - I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Making & Shipping your order
For pieces that are in-stock and ready to ship, your order will be packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your made-to-order pieces to be hand-crafted and shipped. Allow 6-8+ weeks for custom/bespoke pieces.
All parcels are sent express through Australia Post with tracking included. You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as it’s been posted.
If your package hasn’t shown up after a reasonable time, reach out and I’ll help however I can.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance on your package.
